How accurate is The Lounge Furniture photography?

We take great care in capturing representative imagery of all the finishes and fabrics we use.

Sometimes, due to individual computer display settings, colour variation, and individual lighting conditions, it is difficult to ensure that what you see on your monitor will be identical to the actual product…

(The Lounge Furniture cannot accept responsibility if there is a slight difference in colour between actual products and images on the website.)


Do prices include VAT?

Yes - all prices shown include VAT.


Is your delivery actually FREE?

Yes, of course. Delivery is free for all products to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands.)


Can you deliver to a property that is not the cardholder’s address?

To protect our customers, we only offer shipping to the cardholder’s address (verified during the transaction.)


When will my goods be delivered?

Most products are delivered within 48 hours. Heavier and bespoke items are usually delivered within 7-14 days but can take up to a month.


Where are goods shipped from?

Products are shipped from a variety of our warehouses.


What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (please let us know within two days of receiving your goods.) Return delivery is at your own cost, and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging, along with all parts and instructions.


How will I be refunded?

Through the original payment method.

We cannot offer cash refunds for online purchases.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system.
