Alan is a premium quality, durable bunk bed. It is equipped with a universal ladder and storage drawers that will strengthen your child's independent ability and eliminate time-consuming tidying. To accommodate more siblings in a single room or arrange sleeping space for guests, this bed also comes with a trundle.

With Foam Mattresses - increased hardness (resistant of deformation) with cotton zipper cover. You will receive:
- 2 Foam mattresses - 190cm x 90cm x 8cm
- 1 Foam mattress for trundle bed - 180cm x 90cm x 8cm

With Foam/Bonnell Mattresses - made of open coil springs and foam with zipper cover. You will receive:
- 2 Bonnell mattresses - 190cm x 90cm x 13cm
- 1 Foam mattress for trundle bed - 180cm x 90cm x 8cm
COLOUR
- Choice of 3 colours: White, Graphite or Pine
- Choose a colour that lets the grain detail shine through to provide you with a fuller coverage (but not 100%).
- Painted with three-layered spray water-based paint rather than with a solvent-based paint to make sure your child is safe from any health harm.
Delivery
All orders will be booked at least 24 hours before. At this time the customer must take full responsibility for ensuring orders & delivery addresses are correct and ready for the driver.
All orders above minimum value will endeavor to be delivered in 7-14 days. Many orders can be delivered in 1-3 days. Some orders however have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Urgent orders which are delivered below the minimum order value will be subject to a carriage charge depending on location.
The customer must ensure that appropriate parking is available during delivery and that any parking restrictions be made available at booking in the stage. All parking penalties will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to their next invoice. Any Congestion charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
If delivery cannot be made for any other reason, the delivery will incur a Refused Delivery charge of between £50-£100 depending on the location and size of the delivery.
Our items are for UK mainland customers only (up to 150 miles) and additional postage charges will apply to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Please contact us before purchase to confirm the postage, shipping, or courier costs.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier or courier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that a tracking number is not always available.
Goods will normally be delivered to the door only and The Lounge Furniture will take no responsibility for damage caused when delivering goods in the house.
In the event where booked orders have either been refused, wrong items ordered, or there is no one available to take delivery will still incur a delivery charge. Most orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will be entitled to a full refund, credit note, or replacement within 14 days. If, however, the product is not faulty you will be charged for delivery and any admin costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrectly ordered items or canceled orders cannot be returned.
Goods that must be exchanged must be retained in exactly the same condition as they were acquired. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be in their original packaging.
Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are returned incomplete will not be credited and this includes fittings, knobs, etc.
Assembled goods cannot be returned.
In the event that returned goods cannot be credited these items have to be collected by the customer within 7 days. After this period the item will be disposed of and will incur a disposal charge of £50.
If these items have to be returned to the customer this will incur a handling charge of £50.
Customers are reminded that damage caused by assembly or misuse will not be credited and will incur disposal charges where applicable. It is not acceptable that these items are returned for credit and The Lounge Furniture will distinguish between manufacture fault and damage caused by assembly or misuse.
Goods risk will move to the customer as soon as the goods are unloaded off our vehicles.
Prior notice must be given for goods that are to be returned by contacting the lounge furniture on info@theloungefurniture.co.uk or by filling out the returns form on our website.
Returned goods can only be accepted by our drivers if authorized by the sales team.
Drivers will only collect items that have not been assembled, in their original packing, and on receipt of an authorized returns form. If goods are to be returned to our drivers, a detailed description for reason of return together with the invoice number must be reported at booking in the stage.
Where applicable spare parts will be posted to rectify problems – this may involve a charge. The Lounge Furniture will not be responsible for any losses that occurred in the delivery of the wrong or faulty goods.
The Lounge Furniture will not be liable for any losses incurred, howsoever caused, in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.
